As someone who has successfully reversed several serious illnesses through the raw and living foods lifestyle, I am dedicated to showing others that transitioning to raw can be not only fun and enjoyable but easy too! For those of you who know me you know this is the life I live. As I get older and watch others around me that are my age begin to complain of aging, weight issues, or health problems I feel truly blessed that I had found my way to this lifestyle. I do not feel deprived with the lifestyle I lead, in fact I enjoy it!

I have lived a vegan, high raw lifestyle since 2002. I personally lived 100% raw for two years of my life. If transitioning to 100% raw is your goal I can help you with that too as I've been there, for me it was a necessity, for many others going 100% raw will be a necessity as well. My dietary lifestyle now is a vegan diet that is comprised of approximately 90% raw, living foods - this is where my body is thriving and at it's absolute best!

Some individuals will find on their journey, as I did, that it is imperative that they maintain a 100% raw food lifestyle for an extended period of time or perhaps to do so permanently. I've been there, done that, witnessed first hand the bodies ability to 'heal' when you give it the appropriate conditions for that healing to take place. Each person will take their own journey. Everyone will have different wants and needs as to why they are wanting or needing to go raw and to what percentage of raw they are willing to incorporate into their lifestyle. I am devoted to helping customize individualized raw food paths that are specific to each individuals wants and needs.

Besides educating my clients on the amazing benefits of raw and living foods I have a strong focus on the importance of exercise and being physically active.

Raw Food Coaching Fees

Half hour phone consultation: $45

One hour phone consultation: $75

MONTHLY PLAN: 1-hour phone consultation per week (4 sessions): $280
