My 'Introduction to raw foods' classes are for anyone wanting to improve their health, gain more energy or lose weight naturally by increasing their raw food intake. My intro to raw foods class is a very laid back class and is for anyone that simply wants to increase the raw food intake whether that be by 25% or 100%. If you are not ready for 100% raw, no worries, this class is for the beginner who simply wants to start making healthier choices in the way they are eating. Attendees of 'Intro to Raw Foods' receive a soft cover version of my book Dying To Get Well. During my raw food intro class I will explain my personal story of why I turned to the raw/living foods lifestyle, and how many others such as myself reversed several illnesses and diseases (even as serious as cancer) with a raw food lifestyle.

My intro to raw foods class is all about preparing you with a plethora of information on how to transition to a raw and living foods lifestyle to whatever degree, be it a 50% or 100% raw and living foods lifestyle. In this class I will show you how to best 'eliminate the negative - and accentuate the positive' regarding the foods you are currently eating.

During my introduction to raw foods class we will also discuss the raw food kitchen and equipment such as juicers, blenders, sprouting jars, and dehydrators.

Introduction to Raw Foods class lasts usually about two hours but can run a little longer.
